Business Plan Synopsis

Phase I (February, March 2001)
Sell a limited number of ovens to feel out Pakistan market and establish contacts.

Phase II (April, May 2001)
Purchase first shipping crate-load of 250 to 400 assembled ovens.

Phase III (June, July 2001)
have Pakistan technician receive 80-hour training at U.S. Sun Oven plant facility.  Purchase first shipping crate-load of 1800 (250 minimum) unassembled ovens. [See explanation of training]

Phase IV (Aug. 2001 - Aug. 2002)
Begin local manufacture of oven parts until the entire oven is assembled locally in Pakistan except for the patented rubber gasket.

Phase V (Sept. 2002)
Establish small payment plans for the poor, with humanitarian subsidies.
